The breakfast buffet at the hotel was a delightful surprise. I felt like I was in a food wonderland with a variety of international breakfast options to choose from. The spread was so generous, it felt like a grand celebration of cuisines.

Inattentive restaurant service.

Guests can enjoy the fully equipped fitness center and the tennis court, perfect for staying active and having fun with the family. The internet access, telephone, TV, and DVD player provided added convenience for the kids to stay entertained during downtime.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have a wider variety of children's activities available to keep them engaged during our stay.

As couples, we loved the warm and friendly welcome from the door greeter and receptionist, Ms. Nerminen. The Tal Al Amar restaurant on the 46th floor provided a delightful dining experience, with attentive service from waitress Sarah and a talented chef, Mr. Kavinga. The fresh glass of orange juice was the perfect finishing touch. The staff, including the room service and restaurant managers, were incredibly nice, friendly, and solution-oriented. The hotel offered great options for tours and day trips, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast provided by the hotel was fantastic. Location-wise, the hotel was also very convenient.

The room itself was like a mini apartment, complete with a kitchenette, living room, and comfortable bed. The elevators were also a unique feature that I loved. I highly recommend Residence Inn to any traveler.

I especially loved the high-tech elevators, which were easy to use and efficient. The staff, including David, Noah, Jyoti, Claudine. This was my fourth stay at Grandstay Hotel, and I have no complaints.

Additionally, the rooms are spacious, with separate living areas and bedrooms, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The check-in time is a bit late, at 3 pm, which can be inconvenient for some families with kids.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and close proximity to popular attractions. the spacious rooms were clean and well, maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast spread offered a good variety of food options to start the day off right.

There were a few aspects that detracted from the overall experience. the check, in and check, out process was slow and could be improved.

I keep coming back for exceptional service, cozy rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff once helped me find a lost item. It's perfect with Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, fitness studio, and in-room kitchen. 24h services, non-smoking rooms, and more, make my stay regret-free. Can't wait to return for Christmas!
